About Audrey
With more than a decade of experience as a criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor, Audrey offers clients strategic, aggressive, and deeply informed legal representation. A native Texan, Audrey’s legal journey began early—working in a criminal defense office by the age of 18. She earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School after completing her undergraduate studies at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in just three years, all while competing as a dual-sport athlete.
Audrey began her legal career as a prosecutor, trying cases ranging from traffic offenses to serious felonies. That courtroom experience gave her a deep understanding of how the system works from the inside out. She later co-founded the Denton-based firm Jarvis & Kelly, where she served as managing partner for over ten years, building a reputation for sharp trial skills and trusted relationships with judges, prosecutors, and court staff.
Now, as a Senior Attorney at Michael & Associates, Audrey leverages that experience to protect the rights and futures of clients facing criminal charges across Texas. Whether handling DWI cases, drug offenses, violent crimes, or white-collar allegations, she brings a fearless, compassionate, and strategic approach to every case.
